Calling all astronauts! Camp Crystal is heading to OUTER SPACE! Campers will launch into a week of galactic fun filled with space-themed challenges, creative activities, and hands-on time with our amazing horses. From exploring new “planets” in the barn to building confidence in the saddle, this week is truly out of this world! 🚀✨ 🌌 Welcome to Camp Crystal: Outer Space Edition! Designed for riders of all levels, Outer Space Week combines horsemanship fundamentals with curiosity-driven, imaginative learning. Each morning from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM, campers will focus on grooming, tacking, horse safety, and riding lessons — all inspired by space exploration and discovery. After lunch at 12:00 PM, campers will enjoy 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM filled with space-themed crafts, games, and swimming (weather permitting). Camp Hours: 9:30 AM – 3:00 PM 🐴 What to Expect Horse care: Clean stalls, brush, feed, and hose down horses Riding: Learn how to walk, steer, and trot Horse safety: Proper handling and barn safety Horse anatomy: Learn how horses move and function Horse nutrition: Understand feeding and care Crafts: Theme-related crafts Time: 9:30 AM – 3:00 PM 🎒 What to Bring Boots with heels Riding-appropriate clothing Packed lunch Water bottle Swimsuit Sunscreen Bug spray 💰 Additional Information: There is a non-refundable $5 processing fee for all camps.
